Update 6 Week
I have not gone back for my follow up. It was supposed to be today but I had it pushed out a week.
However, just wanted to post an update. I should have taken pictures throughout and I apologize for not doing so.
I definitely noticed a decrease in my stomach. My flanks are gone. My upper and lower abdominal areas have decreased. I was very sick for over a week and unfortunately it was not the kind of sick where you lost your appetite. Instead, I ate so much food to fill the uncomfortable feeling of being sick, during this week and did not exercise. Uhg. Anyway, i've been better for a few days and started exercises and eating less. I do still see a difference all over where I received the procedure. The areas are still kind of numb I would say.
The only side effect was that I pooped a couple extra times a day for a few weeks starting in week 3 I think. Which is fine. Healthy poops.
I think I will get it done again next week. It was easy and I definitely see results.

I'm very concerned and confused as to why there...
I'm very concerned and confused as to why there were so many horrific experiences with cool sculpting on here. My experience was very positive.
I had the procedure done on Dec 29th, 7 days ago. I went to the Center for Cosmetic Surgery in Golden, CO. I've been getting botox and juvederm at their other office in Cherry Creek, for 5 years so I already knew that they were reputable and would provide quality service.
I did upper and lower abdominals and flanks. Each took 35 min. using the new smaller applicator. I wanted to do inner/outer thighs, banana roll, and arms, but I was not a candidate. Each area cost $675, but they had a 10% special when you did 4 areas.
I brought my laptop and time flew by.
I don't recall any part of it being painful. Even the massage was not painful, it was weird but I laughed because it tickled.
I asked the RN who applied the applicators for me, why people would have such horrible stories. She said it could mostly be with the old applicator, because she did it her self and did not experience pain, bruising, nerve issues or anything.
After the procedure my stomach was puffy and numb and it is still puffier than normal where the applicators were. It is day 7 and I still have a slight bit of numbing and puff, but I have never felt discomfort. I did Pilates which included abdominal crunches and engagement, the same day, as well as every day since, and I've had no problems.
I try not to look at my stomach too much though because I don't want to become obsessed. I'd rather just see the before and after pics, which I will post after my re-visit. I am already very very active, and have maintained the same activity, maybe a little more, since the procedure. I haven't adjusted my diet, but I already eat only organic, vegan, home prepared clean meals anyway. Maybe eating clean and staying active helps with a positive experience as far as pain and discomfort are concerned.
I go back the end of January and may do it again if I see results.
One thing that I found out about the "Banana Roll" area, is that it holds up your butt and keeps it lifted, and when you cool sculpt this area, it could cause your butt to sag. The lady told me that they do not do that area at their office, as there are not enough before and after pictures out there to be confident that the butt will not sag. I know there are a lot of places out there that just want money and may not tell you these things, so keep that in mind.
I did read from someone's review on here to take arnica pills and cream starting the day before, and I took their advice. I purchased the pills at natural grocers and took them starting the day before, for about three days. I also used arnica cream for three days after the procedure to massage my stomach, even though I was never instructed to do this.
I also got juvedurm xc and botox this same day, and I think the arnica may have helped with the bruising on my lips, because I usually bruise much more from lip filler, but this time it was very minimal.

Provider Review
Ashlee Awesome and experienced. She was actually recommended by a friend of a friend. However, she is fazing out of doing cool sculpting procedures, but the other girls at the Center for Cosmetic Surgery are very experience as well.
