WORTH IT$6,000

I have wanted to do this for several years and finally decided now was the time. I was nervous about the procedure but Dr. Casas and her entire staff were amazing. Jenny, her office manager, was also fabulous. It was definitely worth it, but please know you have to work hard on this as well to achieve the best results. The after-care is just as important as the surgery. I am thrilled that I finally did it and only wished I would have done it years ago!

Are u still happy with the final results? Any tips on recovery?

I am still very happy with the final results. I would just say the best advice is to take it easy and don't overdo it. Also, strictly follow Dr. Casas post-recovery plan, i.e. vitamins, MLD therapy, exercise when she tells you it's ok, etc. It's definitely uncomfortable for a while but things do get better. Hope that helps!
