I have wanted to do this for several years and finally decided now was the time. I was nervous about the procedure but Dr. Casas and her entire staff were amazing. Jenny, her office manager, was also fabulous. It was definitely worth it, but please know you have to work hard on this as well to achieve the best results. The after-care is just as important as the surgery. I am thrilled that I finally did it and only wished I would have done it years ago!

Dr. Casas is very honest with you and will tell you the pros and cons. She takes the necessary time with you to go over pre-surgery instructions (i.e. vitamins, diet, exercise) and also post-surgery instructions as well. She honestly cares about her patients and tells you what you must do to get the best results. Everyone in her office is caring, patient and kind and no matter how many questions you ask, she will respond and answer them. I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Casas and would definitely put my trust in her again!

I am still very happy with the final results. I would just say the best advice is to take it easy and don't overdo it. Also, strictly follow Dr. Casas post-recovery plan, i.e. vitamins, MLD therapy, exercise when she tells you it's ok, etc. It's definitely uncomfortable for a while but things do get better. Hope that helps!
