i was confident going into this as I had been well prepared by Dr. Casas. She and her staff were wonderful. The procedure was painless. The necessary bandages were awkward but not problematic. There are no visible scars. Friends have asked if I have lost weight. No, I just have a smoother, younger neck.

Dr. Casas is amazing. She made me feel like I was her only important patient. She is very detailed in her instructions. I followed them religiously and it paid off.
