64 Yr Old Male

I had an abdominal lipoma, a terrible looking verticle scar from my breastbone to my pubic bone and extremely low hanging testicles all the result of an accident in the 80s. Dr. Casas removed the lipoma, corrected the scar and did a scrotal lift with results that I never dream of achieving. She has a wonderfull 'bedside manner'. She told me what would be possible and what could not be done. I wanted some facial work done but told me my skin would not respond as needed for my requested work. She took all the time needed to answer all my questions. I can't say enough about the amount of time she spent with me. I have never had a doctor be so concerned about me as a patient. Her after surgery care was unbelievable. She saw me 6 times in 2 weeks with mutiple follow up visits that will go out to a year after the surgery. I had instant access to her if I needed to contact her. I told my GP doctor about her care and he actually dropped his jaw in disbelief. We contacted her multiple times by email and always got a quick reponse from her. Her staff knew my name every time I walk through the door. They were very professional and polite each time we walked into the office. What more could you ask of a doctor.
