I knew that I wouldn’t let anyone else take care of me, and when i was ready I came to see the doctor. Before my procedure Dr Casas informed me of everything she was going to do during my procedure. She answered all the questions I fired at her, she gave me a vitamin regimen and helped me regulate my weight. This was so I could be mentally and physically ready for my reduction. It ensured that I would be at optimal health for healing. I have known her for 20 years as she did my rhinoplasty in high school. I wouldn’t let anyone else take care of me, I trust her, she’s real and genuine. I’m beyond thankful for the positive impact she has had on my body and my mind.

I worked really hard after my kids to lose the weight and get my body badly in some kind of shape. After pumping for both kids for nine months a piece I had done some serious stretching to my girls. Under local, Dr Casas and her staff created a beautiful pair of perky 36c’s! I had very minimal pain/discomfort following the procedure and my after care was and continues to be phenomenal. I am beyond happy with my results and would recommend to anyone with back pain from heavy boobs, or anyone who is uncomfortable with the “Mommy” breasts they have, have the procedure!
