Breast Lift & Smart Lipo Under Local Anesthesia is the Way to Go and Love End Result!

I had an excellent experience with my breast lift and lipo. I had consulted with a few other high rated plastic surgeons and Dr. Casas was not only the most personable by taking time to explain everything in detail, but also she was the only one who offered a local instead of a general anesthesia. Which I recommend made my recovery much better and I didn't feel a thing during surgery. Her and her entire staff were very professional & thorough.
