I am a very active 29 year old mom of three small kids. Before having kids I used to be a full and perky C cup, but after breastfeeding all three, my breasts shriveled to a barely there A cup. I looked like a boy, and I really wanted to get my breasts fixed, and look like a woman again. Now, three months post-surgery, I have the most amazing natural looking breasts!

Shaped sientra implants was the way to go!

Two years later today, the breasts look even better then they did 3 months post surgery. I joke around that my breasts are like wine, and get better with time... they feel like i had them all my life. I saw Dr. Casas today, and saw my before pictures, and my post op pictures, and pictures at the one year mark. Wow. it is truly amazing how great my breasts look. I am very happy with the results!
