The experience was not very painful and movement was restricted for a short period. You do take a lot of medication beforehand to prep your body for the procedure. However, I was able to get off strong pain medication within a couple days, though the implants were placed under the muscle (Motrin was sufficient for the next few days, sparingly).

Dr. Casas is a skillful surgeon who listens to her patients. I was very clear that I wanted a natural look (large "B"/small "C" cup), and ended up with a average "C." However, this size completely fits my body type. The results are natural and fabulous! Dr. Casas is there for her patients at the time of surgery and for years beyond the surgery. I recently had en episode where I texted her early Saturday morning with some unusual symptoms. Dr. Casas not only called me back immediately, but face timed with me so that she could hear and see what I was describing. I've never had a doctor respond so promptly! I was so grateful and continue to be impressed with the level of care delivered from Dr. Casas. I would highly recommend her to anyone even thinking of having any cosmetic work done.
