My nose still hurts, the left nostril is not full breathing, and the whole nose to the tip looks like a mans penis.

the tip is at the correct angle. when i smile the muscles pull the nostrils vertically up which makes my tip appear below the nostrils. if he try to compensate it will look piggish
I only see one after photo. Is that correct? It's a side angle view.
