I am having surgery in a few weeks. As my appointment gets closer and closer my anxiety is rising. I have done a ton of research. I have met with multiple dr.s in my state. I have read the good and the bad reviews. I did not realize I would be so scared to fix my nose.
10 years ago my nose was broken in multiple places. It left me with my septum shoved so far over on my right nostril that I struggled with air and infections. Over time due to the clogged side my left lower turbine over grew leaving me almost blocked on that side too. My breathing through my nose takes more effort and I get sinus infections with a simple cold because the draining system is blocked. THIS trauma has led me to where I am today. My tip is slightly turned to the left due to the break and has widened. This cosmetic issues are not a big deal but my breathing is. I wake up gasping for air and it is scary. I have saved up for 5 years to afford surgery (we don't have health insurance) and I am praying Dr. Grigoryants can improve my breathing and fix my areas that have changed with my break. I am so SCARED. I am not worried about recovery. I am worried that my nose might not tuen out natural or I my breathing does not improve. I cannot afford a revision. I am putting my faith in God and Dr. G that this surgery does not leave me emotionally messy. :-)

I had my husband take a few pictures of me today so I can compare in 6 months.
I hope my nose does not change too much after surgery but that my breathing improves.
I feel less nervous today. In 2 weeks I will be on my way to LA for surgery. I booked my hotel and
am ready to get this done.

Please reconsider your surgery with Dr Vladmir Grigoryants. Go to Instagram and search his name. There you will find multiple patients who have had botched primary rhinoplasty surgeries with him.

I am super embarrassed to show this picture but oh well - here it is! My nose is clogged on both sides. I am 24 hours away from traveling to LA for surgery. My nerves are getting to me. I want to still look like myself - I am praying this goes well and I don't have regrets.
