I have a similar story to many ladies that have gone for the procedure. I've hated my nose since I was a kid. It made me very self conscious & shy throughout my adolescence. I was also bullied for it (I grew into my nose) I'm 24 now and came from Phoenix to finally have this done!! I am excited about the profile view Dr. Grigoryants presented me but I am anxious about the frontal view as my cast is still on & that's what makes or breaks your face in my opinion. I had a great frontal view prior to surgery & I hope it remains great.

Day two po sx
This is Day two of my post-op rhinoplasty. Today was a lot tougher than yesterday. Swelling has increased dramatically which is annoying but still bearable. Nostrils look a tad uneven which I'm hoping has to do with swelling. I have a deviant septum fixed on my left nostril & I'm wondering if that's why the left side of my face is more bruised and why my left nostril looks bigger.

Did they tell you to clean outside or inside your nostrils? I was told just to change the drip pad. & your nose looks great already!

Not until day 3 I can start to clean the outside. I'm not aloud to clean the inside that I know of. Until day 7 when he does it in office. Right now, still changing drip pads.

Uneven nostril swelling is 100% normal while the nose is still healing. You look great!

I think I had open because for all the other before & afters he's recently done he's written "closed rhinoplasty" but on mine he just put " Supratip break rhinoplasty"

Day three po sx
A little less swollen as the day went on. Annoying amount of mucus. Feels like I have a bad cold with congestion. My nose looked a tad less swollen to me.

You can see that you have a lot of swelling through the bridge right now. I think your profile is looking very nice.
