So far I have done an online consult with Dr.Grigoryants... said first available dates are end of October, this was a few months back though. I don't live in California so there's a lot I need to plan out prior to going there for my surgery.
What I don't like about my nose:
Bump on side
Bridge angles towards left side of my face(your right)
Undefined, bulbous tip

Will your surgery be in October? I have a consultation in October. I live in Florida and will travel all the way there just because he is the best

I did the online consult with him. He honestly is the best rhinoplasty surgeon I've ever seen. More than worth the price.
I'm thinking it will most likely be in October because I told them to put me on wait lists for June, August and September and haven't heard from the office yet. But I've read on here that you have to be really persistent to get your date moved up. Like call them everyday till they give you an earlier date.

Yes, I need a revision rhinoplasty and he told me I have to go in person to better assess my nose. I hope he is is willing to operate me. Keep us update it!

Can someone tell me what the online consult is? So far I have just had the reply email from him where he says yes to surgery and refers you to book with his office staff :/

Yeah, he sends the same thing to everyone about refining tip, possibly reducing nostril size, etc.

First of all you look beautiful! The surgery is only going to enhance that :) I am also planning a rhinoplasty with Dr. G for Feb 2016! I'm on the waiting list for January though so I hope something opens up. We might be going through this journey around the same time! Good luck with everything!

There are worse noses but I want mine to be perfect. I feel like its slightly too big, round and not symmetrical

i've also just contacted their office, it's such a long waiting list, they'er scheduling for March 2016 now! :OO :D but, like you i also don't like my bulbous tip, wide(ish) bridge, and too large nostrils bother me as well.
