WORTH IT$8,500
I always had a bulbous nude that appeared crooked and also had the ethnic bump. I really didn't like photos of myself.
I went to two other doctors for consultations before Dr. Grigoryants. They were both a little doubtful if they could make the changes I wanted. I only wanted the bulbous looked end to be refined. One of them told me that I was asking for subtle changes and he wasn't sure if I would really see the difference with what he could do for me. The other said basically the same. And both were happy to take my money either way. I wasn't convinced I would be satisfied and so I went to see Dr. G after a nurse friend recommend his work.
In our consult, the doctor not only got excited to remove the bulb but also showed me how he could also remove the ethnic bump from the top and showed me my nose was long and could also be shortened. Then he showed me how he could feminize it and make me look youthful forever by slightly lifting the tip upward. Anti gravity? Yes please!
What a different experience from the other doctors!!! I was thrilled and excited.
Recovery was hard in that I had two black eyes, as expected. (You can't hide them and wear sunglasses when you do feel ready to leave the house because the glasses may compromise the fragile new structure of the nose.)
Doctor followed up with me by call and text. I felt I could bother him anytime.
I would let you know that I didn't expect the nasal drip!! Three weeks of a constantly drippy nose is HARD! Your nose is bruised & sore and you've always got a tissue attached to it. It was frustrating because I hadn't expected it and didn't know when it would stop.
It's now several years later and I can tell you my nose is a totally different nose. It's slim, the perfect length and proportion. The end is subtly uplifted but not extreme like a ski jump. And the hump on top is gone, leaving just a refined straight line.
My one issues was the outer nostrils- they took forever to reattach to my skin. They didn't heal as quickly as the rest of my nose.
I would definitely do this again if I had it all to do over. But I would do it sooner! Thank you Dr. Grigoriants, I am so much cuter :-)

Hi Ladies and thanks for all your comments!
To be clear, I'm very visual and always insisted on very careful angles and best profile only, in photos before my surgery. I don't have easy access to many photos from that time as I've deleted the electronic ones for the most part. Here are two of me - you can see the bulb on the left side of my nose and you can see how long it used to be. Hope this is helpful!!
