I have always hated my nose and I am now 22 and I think it's time I do something about. All these reviews for dr grigoryants has inspired me to just do this. I have had an online consultation and dr grigoryants said the following ...

'Thank you for the pictures. You have a beautiful face and I agree reshaping the nose will improve facial balance. I would suggest removing the bump, narrowing the bones, deprojecting the nose, and refining/lifting the tip. I may need to shorten your nostrils as well I will open your airways at the same time if necessary. '

So it all sounds well and good but he doesn't do the morph and as I live in the uk I wouldn't actually see him until the day before surgery I'm I book in. I wouldn't be able to get this surgery until January or February of 2016 due to wanting to save for rhinoplasty / traveling Asia so I have lots of money to be saved!

But really wanting to hear from his patients and others who have had this surgery. Would you recommend it? Is there anything I need to take into consideration before going through with this doctor? I really want to feel pretty, my nose has always held me back when it comes to confidence.

Sorry I don't have an apt with this surgeon (I live in Scotland) but your nose is just like mine! I'm getting my surgery in the next few months so it will be interesting to compare. Dr Grigoryants seems to be wanting to do a lot to your nose while my surgeon (Prof Hart) is going to be doing a more conservative job, mainly focusing on the bump. I don't think you need too much done!

This is why I'm asking for advice because I don't want to walk out with Michael jacksons nose because it won't suit me at all. I have quite a big front view maybe that's why I duno!? You excited ??

I'm going with BMI which will only cost around £3600, the doctors are all NHS doctors which deal with reconstructive surgeries and also work in private clinics. I think you should have a look around here before committing to a surgeon in LA. I'm not denying that Dr G would do a brilliant job but you could get a equally amazing result from a surgeon in the UK for half the cost. Also I think that working too much with nostrils and the tip is often what causes the uneven "nose job" look. Although a holiday to LA does sound good...

Im from the UK too and looking to travel to have rhino with Dr G. I havent found a surgeon that I'm confident about here, so to me it makes sense to go abroad. Plus I can turn it into an L.A holiday! I'll be following your journey :)

That's what my plan is to. I have a consultation with Lucian ion in July but I'm only going to see what he's like. But I think he's so expensive 7500 minimum where as I've been quoted 6000 by dr g! What about you ? X

I looked into Dr Ion too, he's meant to be one of the best here. Dr Gs before and afters are just amazing though so i think its worth all the effort of travelling. I've got my heart set on going to L.A now! Will you have someone to travel with If you go to the US? Im still in the process of saving so I wont be ready until late next year.

dr g said to book six months in advance in order to get a space which must mean he's busy ! I know in my heart I wanna go with dr g. Have you had an online consultation yet. Id go with my boyfriend I think !? I don't have enough yet. Only about 2700 pounds but I save 800 a month so I should be able to afford it by the time I want it in feb 2016. Thing is I want to travel to so I have to save for both. Such effort. If only I were rich lol

Im always impressed by his results.. Im roughly halfway through saving! It is taking forever. But in a way I'm happy that i have to wait because if i had the money I'd probably have rushed into it. Haven't had my consult yet I've just been stalking his reviews haha :)

I had my surgery done a month ago with Allen Rezai in London. I would highly recommend him if you like feminine noses.

Hi littlechipmunk, I just a rhinoplasty consultation with dr rezai. I like his photos and he was very professional. Any chance you can post a photo of your nose? I'm really considering him for my surgery despite all the negative comments from others.

Hello WillowXO, I am looking to book DR G too for my very very devaited septum and tip refinement. I'm from the UK and have had 2 previous nose surgery's. My first one was in 2006 in the UK, to remove a hump of the bridge and it looked beautiful, but didn't last for long as my nasal cartilage started to collapse on one side which is called deviation. I decided to save up for another surgery to correct the septum and flew out to Chicago, however the DR didn't do a very good job of it at all and my breathing as gotten even worse over the past year. I am now contemplating on having DR G to fix my deviated septum. I too wont be having it until Summer or Autumn 2016 as I need to save. Did you pay to have an online consultation at all?

Online consultation is free my love. It's basically just emailing the doc any questions you have. Sorry to hear you haven't had much success. I recently had a labiaplasty and hate my results so I'm not coping to well hahah! But hoping dr g can fix my nose. Have you seen his site his work is magnificent. I think he can help you :)

Email Dr G with you operative results. He may turn you down. I had a primary revision before and he said he would need to see me in person to better assess me. There are few people in the forum with revisions. From him, the few ones I have seen they are remarkable as expected. I wish you luck and let us know if he says yes
