I feel like I am the only person on here that is dissatisfied with the result of rhinoplasty with Dr G. I wanted my tip raised and in fact its a a little more droopy. He says its due to my thick skin and scar tissue from 3 previous surgeries. I think thats a factor but shouldnt have come out this way. He says he did all he could, but I think he didn't manipulate my cartilages at all he only sowed the tip up and so the result didn't last long.

Sorry to hear your not happy. Maybe u need a collumela graft to help hold up your tip. Did dr g perform an alar reduction on you?

From what I have been told about 5% of patients need a small revision...from the looks of it maybe you will need a minor tip revision. Since your a man he was maybe more conservative since a small tip on a man can look too feminine. I think Dr. G will be happy to help you if your still unhappy after a year. My surgery is not until feb 2015 and it can not come fast enough!!!

I think your desired looking nose looks more for a woman than a guy and your new nose doesn't look bad at all. If I saw a nose like your new one on a woman I would say it should probably be a little be more upturned but for a guy this looks pretty good. I am positive if you need it revised Dr. G will do it for you. I would speak to him. However be prepared that he will make you wait 1 year and don't try to jump under the knife sooner, you really do need one year to get a revision.

I hear this a lot. To me there is no difference in the perfect angle of a nose between men and women, the difference is only in the curvature. Ill upload a picture to clarify what i mean

Honestly, you seem like someone who shouldn't be getting repetitive nose jobs, the differences your talking about are so minuscule. This seems to me like your preoccupied and I am a plastic s addict type.

I can see why you're unhappy. Of course all the Grigoryants minions will come out of the woodwork to invalidate your feelings and to tell you that you're crazy and that G is God's gift to man and could never do harm so get ready for that.

Really? Animated noses? Dude your nose nose looks really good, give it time....the outcome in the photo looks very good compared to your before I promise;-) Although nobody on here can convince you of that. Eternalrhino, your comment is uncalled for especially when you yourself are asking for a slightly piggish upturned nose, so if you want plastic surgery I guess you're a minion coming out of the woodwork like the rest of us!! Don't be a hypocrite. We all know doctors are human, in most cases they are faced with certain difficulties in the operating room that complicate things, especially if you have had previous surgeries. Revisions are not always a slam dunk.

i myself am asking for a slightly piggish upturned nose? um no ? hence why im choosing a doctor who produces results not even remotely close to that. Btw here is a perfect example of what I was talking about below.

I thought I read that on one of your previous posts, if not I apologize for that. However, like I said, it is hypocritical to make comments about others getting their noses done if you are on here for the same thing? Your comment of minions coming out of the woodwork was unnecessary that's all, no need to be judgmental.... Good luck with your nose. Have a great weekend.

Im sorry you dont like it! That's an awful feeling. I don't think it looks bad at all, but i can tell it wasn't what you were going for. Your nose looks good now but i also like your vision for your nose. Do you think you'll go for a revision?

agree with you 100%! the main reason I went through with the surgery with dr. g was to fix my droopy tip which he did elevate, but my collumella is still very droopy
