Even writing this "pre-op" review makes this whole...
Even writing this "pre-op" review makes this whole experience feel more real. I am excited but so so nervous for my surgery coming up. While I do not HATE my nose..I do feel it could be smaller, and less bulbous. I have a deviated septum and some breathing issues. I do have a big face with big features so I do not want my nose to be too small or scooped. Please any Grigoryants Girls, and others who have had this procedure done any advice? 86% users on real self say its worth it...is it worth it???!!!

If you don't HATE your nose, don't do it! Your nose suits your face and your other features beautifully. Personally, recovery was worse than expected and even though I'm still the early on in recovery, I'm not thrilled about my results...

It was worth it for me, and that's including a revision. But each person has to follow their own gut on that one. What are you most nervous about?
I'm most nervous about my nose turning out worse than it is now and me regretting my decision!
