My nose has been broken twice so it has a big bump, is crooked, and has large nostrils. Overall I'd like a generic "white girl" nose that is small and matches my face. I've been looking for a doctor for awhile and when I came across one in my area who's reviews were great I contacted him for a consultation. It was over email and made me really excited for my soon to be surgery in May. However the women in the office said I should pay the booking fee of 750 over the phone. I did and after sending some additional information over email I have yet to hear back. Should I be concerned?

So as you can see my nose is quite large. I want a nose that is smaller so it brings more attention to my other features since I feel like my nose is the first thing people see. I don't like the bump or the large pointy tip not to mention my large nostrils! What you can't see is my broken nose that is crooked and the bone shows as well. This app is called PlasticSurglt and although i'm sure my results won't look like this it's the general idea of what I want

Facial asymmetry must be common because my face does the same thing and causes my nose to lean to one side. So even though Dr. Grigoryants did a FANTASTIC job at fixing my nose irregularities, he did tell me the same, that my nose would still be "diagonal" leaning with my face. My nose honestly looks much less crooked though because of the way he reconstructed the bridge ... I can barely tell that it is leaning at all. :) Hope this gives you some insight. My nose before looked somewhat like yours I think (I had a lot of nostril showing from side view, but he fixed that and luckily didnt make my columella completely short and flat... I like a little columella hang)

Reference Noses?

I think everyone has "goal" noses. Searching instagram and playing around with apps with what I want for my face. I'm so impatient though I am not looking forward to surgery. Comments on what you think would suit my face? (Straight, Ski slope, Button?)

Love those reference noses! I have no idea what kind of noses fit what kind of faces, but I'm obsessed with cute button noses with slight slopes. That's what I asked Dr. G for and so far I'm pleased! Only 6 days post op so VERY swollen, but pleased! I know you're in good hands :)
