Rhinoplasty 2018

All of my stitches came out 1 and a half week after surgery. The scars are healing well, I use Neosporin at night. I was afraid they would take much longer to heal, but they’re already barley noticeable. I also use vaseline inside of my nose at night because my nose gets very dry. I dont have that tingly feeling in my tip anymore but it is still very hard to the touch.
I should prob be taping my nose, but I only taped the first week. My nose swelled up a lot after my cast removal but I think its still more defined than my presurgery nose.

So I had my surgery on Monday and got my cast taken off on Wednesday which is crazy. But the cast was on just to help with my swelling so I was able to get it off sooner.
I was preparing myself to hate my nose when he took it off but I was actually very pleased! I was able to see tip definition which is all I wanted! I wanted something very natural and thats what he gave me. Im already so pleased with my nose and its only been a couple of days. Only thing bothering me now are the stitches, I’m hoping they dissolve soon. Also taping at night has helped a lot with the swelling

I feel completely fine today. I am able to breathe out of my nose,I have no discharge and I am in zero pain. So far, I've only taken the antibiotic pills, I didn't have to take any pain or nausea medication. I was also able to sleep fine last night. A neck pillow is an absolute MUST! I would not have been able to sleep without it. The only discomfort I am having is with my throat, it doesn't feel too dry but I have been coughing a lot. I have been using cough drops and dry mouth spray. So far recovery has been pretty easy, but keep in mind I just fixed my tip. If I broke my bone, it would have been much tougher.
