No I did not....cause mine is a revision it's was more about just fixing the droop of my nose I did not want him to change everything. One of the things I wanted was a nose that was not too upturned because my nose was so droopy I felt it would be too much of a change.

Your results are beautiful! I would love to go with him for my revision…consulted with him and he quoted me $12,500!! I cannot stomach the price or else I would have booked by now. He even said in my consult that my nose was not a bad nose but he could make it so much better. I have had other people on real self tell me his email quote was high but then in person consultation he lowered it. Not mine :'(

There isn't enough words to describe how happy I am with my my nose revision that Dr. Grigoryant performed on me. He has changed my life. I was very unhappy with my previous rhinoplasty and had to liive with a deformed nose for the last 20 years. I finally decided to have it fixed and I had interviewd many top doctors in Los Angeles. I waited a few years until i met Dr. Grigoryant. As soon as I met with him, i knew he was going to be the right surgeon. He put me at ease that he could improve the look and functionality of my nose by doing a closed rhinoplasty.
The pictures on his website are very indicative of his talent.
My results are fantastic...super natural and I never dreamed I could get such beautiful results! I can also breathe like a normal person again which feels incredible.
I recommend him 100%, he is talented!
I live in Pacific Palisades so the drive is a bit long but worth it!
The staff is actually very nice and not pushy! They are really busy but they manage to deal with the business.
