I have been contemplating of getting my nose done since 2012 been to many consultations just to see what the dr would say and most of them told me i dont need it, but i dont like my nose as it is fat and wide from the tip. In pictures my left and right profile is good But my front i dont like.

Dr G. Is really busy i got my apt for consultation back in sept 2015 for jan 23rd 2016 i was disappointed do to the long wait just for a consultation but tht only gave me more confidence in Dr.G. I had other dr who gave me quotes for 7500 for my type of nose. And surgery wouldve been done in two weeks max,but After seeing his before and after i was impressed because he has worked on variety of noses and the results are amazing. All of his after pics look better then the before... So i decided to pay the extra 2k for Dr G and finally after waiting had my consultation with him. During my consultation he told me i dont need to get my nose done since its not too long or doesnt have a bump or a hump but i told him what i didnt like and he said mine would be an easy surgery and no one would notice. I told him well i do want a change in the nose that would go with my face im not looking for perfection but definetly improvement..the consultation and pre op were very brief barely 5 mins each as Dr.G is very busyyy he doesnt even have enough space or chairs to accomodate his clients. His office was packed both times i went. His staff was too busy to answer any questions as they r multitasking doing too many things at once and the answers to the questions are somewhat robotic. I asked one of the receptionist if Dr.G has worked with anyone with my kind of nose as i didnt seem to find any that looked like mine. She said he is an absolute artist and what i have seen online is only 10% of his work. So with this statement and confidence in her Dr i decided to stick To the march 11th date. March 11th is tomorrow Im so nervous i cant sleep ive been buggging the dr and their staff since ive had chest congestion sinus and sore throat 2 weeks before my surgery!!! luckily its a little better but i still have a little congestion. Dr G has advised me it will be fine as long as i dont have any fever or sore throat.. I hope he is right.... I need alot ot prayers and goodluck wishes i hope to post the before and after pictures if all goes well!!
