Soooo... I have been on this site for a very long time looking at other peoples journeys. I have to say I am thoroughly impressed with everybody's before and afters and this website is the only reason I have enough courage to finally do this. I have hated my nose since I was a kid. As you can see from the photos it is extremely large which has made me avoid cameras at all cost. I hate seeing pictures of myself from any angle as my nose is basically a big blob that doesn't have any definition. I have debated putting pictures up of my "before" but everyone else putting them up has helped me a lot to make this decision to actually go through with something I've dreamed about but have been too scared to actually do. I am from Canada but will be going with dr. Grigoryants in Glendale, CA as his work is amazing. I just finalized my booking this Thursday!! Here are some before pictures

Your nose looks similar to mine... dont really have a big problem with my profile more with the tip and Grigoryants does amazing tip work... I will be following your journey closely. Good luck to you, Im excited for you ! :)

Mine is scheduled for this December the 9th 2015. I will probably just rent a room as I do not want to spend to much. If I can find a place that I can be alone and pay not very much then I guess that would be preferable. I plan to probably spend about 3 weeks. I figure if I am flying across the world for surgery I may as well visit Hollywood and do all the tourist things whilst I am there!

Thank you very much for paying it forward and starting your story and sharing photos. You are really pretty (with great hair, I have to add). Hopefully this will give you peace with your nose and facial features. I had this done in my 20s as well and found it really liberating! Keep us posted!

Here are some more pictures. I pretty much only take pictures from the side and do a duck face because I feel like it makes my nose look much smaller.. When I smile it is massive

Your nose looks a lot like mine. I'm interested in grigoryants too bc I feel like he does good tip work. Did you make hotel arrangements yet? I can afford the 10k for the surgery but staying in LA can be quite expensive in itself. I'm only 25 but it's my face so it's a good investment lol :-p

I think I am going to stay in Pesadena, it is a village near LA and very close to the dr G hospital. I read on the internet that it is safe and less expensive than LA. Do you know it?

Honestly airbnb has been a life saver. My best friend is coming with me so we just sat down and found a place to stay using that website. A lot of people have guest houses that you can have to yourself or some are offering to rent a room. Personally, I chose the private guest house which has a kitchen etc. And after everything I only paid 900 dollars for two weeks!! Hope that helps :)

My nose is similar to yours, Im really looking at Dr. Grigoryants works, and I think he will make my nose aesthetically pleasing.

P.S - that price is what I paid to stay directly in Glendale. To be honest, I didn't even check if it was close to the surgery centre when I booked it, but google maps said it is about 15 minutes away which is not bad considering the hotels I was looking at were double the price to be close to the centre with no kitchen etc. good luck to you! :)
