So this is my first entry on Real self, I have been obsessing over this site for 4 months now since booking my BA. Back when I had my initial consultation I discussed with my PS my expectations & what I wish to achieve with my BA. I am currently a 32a/b & wish to be a full C but I am aware I could end up being a D with this. After trying a couple options we decided on 375cc HP natrelle implants that will be half under the muscle at the top of my breasts.

I will say one thing, I do not hate my breasts currently & I definitely don't NEED a BA to feel confident in myself but it is something I have looked into for a very long time & feel I will feel like more of a woman after the procedure as I have always been a tall & slender girl.

I have my pre-op consultation in 2 days & my surgery is booked in for 10 days time & I am so so excited but even more nervous. I will post some wish pictures & update after my pre-op. The first picture is pretty close to my existing breast size & what I would like.

Congrats on making this decision for yourself! What pushed you to finally take the leap and schedule surgery?

January 5, 2017
Thank you so much, actually what did it for me & really pushed me to finally go ahead with it was my holiday to Las Vegas in August 2016! As you can imagine there are so many people over there who have had BA's & I couldn't help but feel so envious when I saw them in their bikinis. I don't want to go TOO big as I am really slim & don't want to look too top heavy or inpropotionate, that's why I chose the 375cc. I am returning to Vegas this year again & I am buzzing to be sporting a less boyish chest (through daily life too of course). Breast augmentation has been something I've wanted to do since I was 15 but my nerves partnered with thinking really small boobs aren't the end of the world stopped me booking any consultations. Eventually I decided yeah, it's not the end of the world, but if it's going to give me more body confidence then why shouldn't I?! I can't wait x

If you are confident in yourself and have a body you like why would you risk this, having natural breast is always better than bags of water or silicone. This surgery can have major complications down the road. Before you decide make sure you read all the explant stories. Removal of implants leaves one deformed for life. A friend had her implants about 3 years ago, yes she liked them but it did not improve her life as she had hoped. She recently had a fender bender with minimal damage to her car however the seat belt caused one of her implants to encapsulate, its very hard and deformed. She needs to have surgery to repair the breast, because it's under the muscle she is putting it off, she tells me "I don't want to do through that again". The damage to her car was nowhere near the cost of her breast damage. I once considered breast implants as I was facing a mastectomy, I am so happy everything was benign. After that experience I love my little 32a - 34b breasts. I decided to exercise to make my body strong, beautiful and healthy. Whatever you decide I hope it works out well for you. Always put your health first.

Hey, thanks for your question & concerns. But I had my BA 11 weeks ago now so it's a little late lol. I am a confident girl with & without my implants but I must say I absolutely love them & im so glad I went ahead & got the procedure done. I'm aware there can be complications & the possibility of damage for some people as with any kind of surgery it's not something I took lightly. I looked into this for 8 years before finally making the decision to go ahead with it! It has also most definitely been one of the best decisions I've ever made... I'm so so pleased & ecstatic with my results but I understand some people aren't as pleased as they thought they would be. Maybe because I didn't get them in the hopes they could "improve my life" as that is a very big ask of a pair of breasts lol. I wanted them for me & me alone as I wanted to have larger more perky breasts from a young age to fit into clothing better & make me look more shapely as I'm naturally very slim. Really pleased for your benign results & you didn't have to go ahead with any surgery you weren't best pleased to have! Thank you for your comment & send my best wishes to your friend x

What does have under the muscle mean? I thought you could only have implants over or under the muscle? Maybe I'm just reading that part wrong. Also I might have missed it but did you get saline or silicone? Also you should apply to be a bikini or lingerie model lol!

Half under muscle**
May 5, 2017
My implants are "dual plane" babe, so they're under the muscle at the top & not under the muscle at the bottom to give them a better shape! Also, they're silicone

Pre-op

nasgl
Soooooo, today was my pre-op! I really thought I'd come out feeling more nervous after today but the nerves have definitely settled for now & im just so excited. My BA is going to be a week away tomorrow, the time has gone so fast! Last night I ordered 3 Macom signature bra's as well as a breast band & im really excited for them to come. Though I'm sure this will wear off after reading everyone's reviews about how sick they get of wearing them lol. Today wasn't much in the way of strenuous... I simply was told more on the surgery/anaesthetic side of things & had to do a urine sample plus have my height and weight took. After that it was just my questions. Amongst other things was my question about fake tan (I felt ridiculous asking but I had to just incase). I am a complete fake tan junkie & always have it on so I wanted to know if I had to exfoliate it all off before my surgery or if it was ok to have it on. The nurse kind of giggled at me & told me as long as I don't put a fresh layer on the night before or anything I will be fine which suits me lol. Silly bits aside I've also just ordered some new button down pyjamas/blouses in preparation for post surgery as I don't really want to be pulling things over my head etc. That's really all I have done today, all in all I'm super happy & cant wait till next Friday x

Woo hoo! Did you just have to do a urine test 1ce? I read on another review she had to do a urine test 2x.
March 28, 2017
I had to do a urine test once at my pre-op and another about 2 hours before my surgery x

Do they still do surgery if you are pregnant or are they checking for other things? :-)
March 29, 2017
They need to check for any urine infections as they won't perform the BA if you have any... and they definitely won't do the surgery if you're pregnant babe x

Ohhhh! I see! I've never had surgery before or anything remotely major to this so definitely asking all of the questions :p didn't even think about the UTI.

Macom bra's

nasgl
So today I received my 3 Macom post-surgery bra's & my breast band I have ordered in preparation for my surgery which is now only 4 full days away... where is the time going?! The great thing about them is you don't need to order by cup size, just your back size which isn't going to change (the cups are expandable) so as long as it fits you now around the back it will fit afterwards. They were quite expensive, I spent about £130 on those as well as the breast band in total! Oh & if anyone is thinking of ordering them make sure you enter the discount code "MYBREAST" for 15% off your total order - every little counts after spending thousands on our new boobies lol! I ordered the breast band after reading great reviews on them staying they're great for implant dropping & fluffing when worn daily. It seems to be a love hate relationship between everyone who wears them so we'll see how I get on. Ive attached pics of the bra's and breast band for every one to have a look at! Still trying to pluck the courage up to post my pre-op picture lol. Any one else got any other tips & tricks for post op?

Thank you so much babe! I'm so so excited for it now. I booked mine back in September & I have no idea where the time has gone, so hopefully your time will fly in too. Have you decided what type of implants you will be getting etc? X
January 12, 2017

January 12, 2017
Such similar statistics between us both!! I was deciding between 350 and 375 cc myself but from all of my friends who have had BA's they have advised me to go a size up from what you first think as a lot of people wish they had gone a little bigger... Thank you so much again, I'm sure we'll speak soon & I can let you know how it goes X
January 13, 2017
All the best for today hun!!! Soon to be on the other side
GOOD LUCK☺
January 12, 2017
Good luck for your surgery I'm sure it will go really well. I am 5 days out and am feeling great. I haven't lost nipple sensation and my breasts are just starting to soften up a little bit which is great. The first 2/3 days have been the worst for me but no real pain just swelling and tightness.

Thank you so much for your feedback, love hearing positive post-op stories, hoping im not feeling too bad either! Hope you are loving your results thus far x
