not happy anymore

I am not sure what bothers me more , the scarification around the areola or my mammary glands in the right breast being displaced....whats frustrating is the fact that they are sagging to an alarming degree after 3months. I destinctly spoke about support in my consultation and mentioned titanium mesh and ADM , to which the surgeon was very displeased due to the long term issues and infection that may arise....I understood the point and was under the impression she would have another solution , but , the surgeon only briefly appeared 3 days after surgery to pull my drains and at which time i begged her to release me as the state hosptal was a nightmare. I at least expected she put the implants under the muscle or that she used the strips of skin she removed to fashion an internal bra . The only other time I saw her was 3 weeks after the surgery , but I had a kidney infection and had no inclination to discuss what did or did not happen as I was in pain.....so now my right breast is smaller (which used to the bigger one and the left breast protrudes 2cm more than the right....and its very obvious ....I am really unhappy about this....I havent been able to feel my breasts since 1994 when all nerves were cut during my first BA....I just wanted beautiful breasts....

5 weeks

the scars are nothing short of spectacular...at 5 weeks they are almost invisble

I received my first set of saline breast implants...

I received my first set of saline breast implants at age 20 in 1994 , I am 5'10" and was very skinny and could barely fill an A-Cup(insurance covered this due to emotional hardship). That being said , the surgeon could only fill them to 190 CCs and after the swelling subsided it was a dissapointment, In 1996 , I went to 390 CCs ( boyfriend paid)and was also gaining weight so there was added fat and they looked really good and lasted 6 years , but started to deflate to the point that I had to put socks in my bra to give them fullness and after a fight with my German health insurance they covered yet a second time allowing me to switch to silicone implants for the first time . At this point , McGhan now Natrelle , had come out with the cohesive tear-drop shape implants and I chose the Full Height/Full Projection 655 CCs implant....they were spectacular the first few years...but little would I know that my own breasts would start growing again 7 years after implantation!!! My implants were placed sub-glandular due to the textured shell , and they stayed in place for 14 years. To add to the dilemma , the shape(tear-drop) is not ideal for a tall person at all. Tall people have a longer torso and this type of implant makes the breast look long and flat.
Fast forward to August 2107 , I am back in Germany and and submitted yet another request for a revision with my insurance adding the pictures i am posting ...I dont know if they felt sorry for me , but they didnt put up a fight and immediately gave me coverage . My surgeon , Dr. Eva Lang in Zweibruecken , Germany of Lang Esthetics , was spectacular...the consultation took 10 minutes due to my informing myself and my implant options being broadend by SEBBIN breast implants. I now have 900 CC round , textured , cohesive gel implants , they have a 16cm diameter and 7.5 cm projection. The implants were place sub-glandular via a "Lollipop" mastopexy incision...I currently have no pain and am very satisfied
