Excellent experience and great bedside manner...
Excellent experience and great bedside manner following the surgery. The follow up office visits have also been very accommodating and comfortable especially in the removing of serum fluid in the abdomen area. The staff that assists Dr.Franco are also very professional and courteous. Overall, an excellent team.

Very thorough in explaining the pre and post surgery procedures. Dr. Franco made me feel at ease despite my anxiety. He had very precise measurements and sketches of the areas he worked on. Very knowledgeable in his field and always answered all my questions placing priority in my well being.
