How it works
  • Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
  • This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
  • Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
  • Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.

pics of day 5

Day 5, FREAKING OUT about weight gain.

Ok so I KNOW that this seems to be a common problem for women after surgery. But I have a short torso and I am really worried that I look like a short fat blob now. My hourglass doesn't exist I just have chub. I wonder if anyone else has experienced this 5 days after surgery, and not immediately after? I work as a cocktail waitress at a bikini bar so it's important for me to not look frumpy as I worry. I just really want to start being able to do cardio or squats. ANYTHING!? Also I haven't gotten the clear on intimacy yet. Husband is not too happy about that, I wonder if I should call the d.r and ask, or if I should just wait until the 12th for my first post visit. I will upload a photo from my phone of the progress. I am surprised how much motion I have while healing. There is some bruising but nothing near what I was expecting. I also have been pain killer free so that is a big one for me. :)

day 3...trying no pain killers

Today is a bit harder because I haven't had a bowl movement yet and am too scared to take another Norco until I do. I am also worried there will be some asymmetrical results because the surgeon used the same cc implant in both when originally before ba number 1 they were a b and a d. She was aware of.this and chose this however so I am trusting her. I am just loving ice packs right now.

I met Dr. Hein when I had experienced a rupture in my right saline breast implant. I love her. She is very kind and seemed extremely confident in answering my questions without hesitation. She could tell I was nervous and really was patient in me asking double questions and even questioning her opinion. She gave me realistic expectations on what to expect and helped me make the change from saline to silicone for my revision surgery. I found no reviews on her anywhere else and want to assure others, she is a fabulous doctor. She even removed my old scars and made new, much smaller ones. :)
