I used to be injected with permanent filler..after 4 years, my face has some bumpies near the cheeks, so it makes my skin not smooth. i have done 11 times erbium laser, 4 times CO2 fractional lasers, 11 times dermaroller with 2mm needles and injected with hyrolunic dase which makes my face has infection and Doctor helped me take out the puss...and it becomed hollow, then i have been injected with the hyrolunic acid to fill the hollow, then the granuloma comes out again..a surgeon helped me to suck it out using liposuction..after 2 weeks it comes out again...after reading a lot of information from the community in real.self, now my face is getting better with steroid injections on the granuloma and i use bio green peel and consume 20 mg roaccutane..thank you guys for sharing..after my face is done..i will fly to Cambodia to have my breast augmentation with Dr. Sheftall

I got lot of information from Real Self Community, so now every information about the healing process of granuloma and scars...i discuss the treatment with my dermatologist..My dermatolist is amazed of information that i got and we discuss together on my face treatment...wish January my face is done...and i can fly to Cambodia soon to do my breast augmentation..thanks God..i found realself community

Thanks again Realself community..this is the 3rd days of my green peel...skins starts peel off...my granuloma almost vanish..and it becomes a bit hollow in my left cheek..but it will okay..i already send my photo to Dr. Reid through whatsapp, he will inject my left cheek with hyrolunic , yeah i prefer hyrolunic filler than permanent filler which make my face has granulomas..and Dr. Reid will do my breast augmentation soon..i will update my breast surgery soon when i have finished my face treatment under his vision through whatsapp or email. The big thanks is for Realself community who shared their experience..i finally found what is injected in my face is microdrop filler which i know from this community..The beautician who injected with this subtance wont lrlet me know what shw has injected 4 years ago..so it makes my dermatologist very difficult to take the filler out because i can explain what was injected to my face and made hard granulomas. Finally Dr Reid suck it out using liposuction...i will fly to Cambodia soon to get my breast augmentation and filler my cheek and i keep on consume 20 mg roaccutane..i trust Realself community.
