We drove from San Antonio to the office for the consultation. I met with the amazing staff and Dr Dulin. We discussed what I wanted which was gender confirmation surgery, breast augmentation / implants and some facial feminization like: jaw trimming, nose reduction and tracheal shave.
He was very honest with me and told me since I explained that I've had filler done on my cheeks, lips and jaw that it would make it hard and that I could just wait on these and not get any more filler. Which I agreed and changed my mind.
We then decided to set the surgery date after I paid for everything in advance for gender confirmation breast augmentation implant and a tracheal shave the 28th of May!
The very early morning I came in for my surgery after they fitted me and my gown and gave me my IV Dr Dulin met with me and we discussed the final procedure and options for my breast which we went with 650cc I was a b cup now I'm a full C low D cup. (Currently engorged until they settle down in the pockets made for the surgery)
After surgery I woke up spent the night with the overnight nurse got picked up by my boyfriend which was at the same hotel we made everything very easy and I was informed on how to do this to make everything very easy so we just switched rooms and I recovered. ( They will help you and I highly recommend it! You could stay in the same recovery hotel suite!)
There was a few instances where I was bleeding a lot and I had to come in and check out what was wrong. First one was the drainage tubes I had in me and I wasn't properly dilating I felt. Dr Dulin gave me a rest and assurance as well as properly told/showed me how to dilate. Then there was another issue where I was bleeding but I had injured myself when my boyfriend drove over some train tracks and it bounced me up off the seat. I had my special donut and pillow but if I didn't it would have been a nightmare. The damage was done though returning to the hotel recovery suite. I called the morning they opened the very next day I was able to be seen and taken care of. I was told to take it very easy and we made sure that nothing was torn or ripped and everything was healing properly still.
I had my final consultation today before I'm heading back home to heal proper and take it slow. I was told everything was really looking nice and perfect I'm feeling great except down by my vagina it's a little slower due to the unforeseen circumstances but just keep taking it easy and I should be perfectly fine. I will need to come back and visit in person come July 23rd to make sure everything is still going as planned for my healing and dilation.
I'm so happy stress-free and love this doctor so much. He has helped me and his team has helped me so much. There's a thing about being professional but I feel with Dr Dulin about the patient relationship is much more than just a member, that we're a family. We're treated exceptionally better.
After I heal up properly and on my next follow-up I will for sure and always stick with Dr Dulin. I have plans for some facial feminization, arm and thigh slimming, lipo and using that fat for a Brazilian butt lift. I'm not overweight, but I would trust no one more than this doctor and surgeon that I went through. The travel is worth it The exceptional care is worth it and the open honesty is worth it.
