Dr. Ortiz and the staff at OCC went above and beyond. The center is very very clean and the entire process was very streamlined and organized. This put me at ease and allowed me to feel safe. I have no hesitation to recommend anyone to OCC.

I only met Dr. Ortiz the morning of my procedure and while it was brief because all my questions had been answered- he was personable and made me feel very comfortable.

Communication leading up to my procedure was on point as well. Daily emails kept me on track with paperwork, logistics, and diet.
