I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience. From the moment I began this journey, every member of the team made me feel informed, safe, and genuinely cared for. My patient coordinator, Fernanda, was outstanding—always quick to respond, clear with information, and incredibly supportive. She gave me a sense of reassurance that meant everything going into surgery.

Dr. Ortiz and Dr. Martinez were phenomenal—not only as surgeons but also as educators. They took the time to explain every step and made sure I felt confident and prepared. Their professionalism, warmth, and expertise truly stood out.
