Dr Ortiz is Amazing!!
Amazing experience!!! From the time you arrive to the Marriott Hotel , you feel pampered in every way, from Room service to the Clinic's Shuttle driver Roberto who drives you to Walmart during your stay and then he takes you to the Clinic the day before surgery for Lab work. .
You arrive to the MOST Beautiful, Modern, Clean Clinic with the BEST Customer service from all Personnel.
From the Nurses to the front Desk Receptionist to the Barista that makes the protein shakes at the small Bar/Restaurant, to the anesthesiologist, to the nurses that take care of you all night after surgery, to Lucia the nutritionist who helps you and guides you through the process and e-mails you about any questions, They were all professional, spoke perfect English and you feel safe and in great hands and they all have a smile in their face that makes you feel welcomed.
Doctor Ortiz and Doctor Martinez, are the best in the World and they take the time to talk to you right before surgery and make you laugh so you feel relaxed.
This is a private clinic with state of the art technology.
The door is locked at all times and only the patients are allowed to go in making it very safe . The Place is spotless!!! Rooms were so beautiful and beds comfortable and the nurses checked our vitals every hour.
The whole experience from day one when they get you in touch with a nutritionist until you get home and they continue to stay in touch and send you daily reminders, exceeded my expectations..
