I heard a lot of positive things about my doctor through family and friends. When I met him in person he had the perfect combination of confidence and cockiness, and I love that. He explained the procedure in a way that I understood completely what he would be doing. I'm excited and ready!

Tomorrow I go in for my history and physical. I don't have to start my 2 week high protein low carb diet until next week but I have cut out sodas and sugary drinks. Crystal light it is. Here are my current photos!

Just went for my pre-op testing. I had a…
Just went for my pre-op testing. I had a chest x-ray and an EKG. They gave me chewable vitamins and a pop quiz! I'm cleared for surgery! Feeling excited...and nervous. My EGD is scheduled for next week. I've had one before so I'm sure that things will be routine. I've started on the diet sorta I don't really have to start until next week. Just trying to prepare myself for the lifestyle change.
