March 13th made a year and I'm happy with the progress that I continue to make. By my scale I'm at 160.4. Only 10 Moore pounds for my doctor. 20-25 lbs for myself.

Congratulations you look amazing. Do you have any lose or saggy skin? I have my surgery next week I'm worried about my skin after weight loss. Can you give me any advice or tell me products you use for your skin if you do thank you.

I do have some loose skin but it is not as bad as I thought. Water aerobics is my friend weight training seems to be doing some good. I also just try to keep my skin moisturized. I used cocoa butter and shea butter not any brand just pure.
