Still have love handles. I guess my expectations were a bit higher. If I could turn back the hands of time, I would have opted to have my back liposuctioned along with my flanks. I see a world of difference in my stomach. I definitely love the result of the tummy tuck but I still have a square shape which is bothering me.

Now that the drains are out, I'm trying to take it easy to avoid a seroma. I just want this tummy tuck behind me already. I miss feeling normal.

Hi! Your healing great! I'm going in a couple of days for a Mommy makeover (BA plus lift and TT with Lipo of the flanks). Do you have any advise for me? Is it hard to move around in bed? How about when you go pee? I'm thinking of getting a bed Pan?

Hi you def don't need a bed pan. It'll just make things for difficult. You will be walking hunched over for a while. For me it was about 2 wks. It will be hell the first few days but don't worry, it will be worth it. You will not feel like eating much since you'll feel very tight. Have some protein/veggie shakes. It helps with the healing. Don't skip meals or else it will take longer to recover. Protein is a must! Even if you take protein supplements. House work can wait, you come first. Good luck post some pics

Thank so much for your advice. I'm scared for the pain but comforted knowing it seems to be only the first few days! I hope they go by fast!

Thank you! I'm so happy I did it. He really is wonderful. I will need to get a small revision bcuz I ended up with dog ears. It's very small but it bothers me. Doesn't look too bad. I finally wore a bikini

The waiting to feel like normal again is what I struggled with. Just wanting to do things like normal.

Tomorrow will be three weeks

I'm going back to work tomorrow after having three weeks off. Unfortunately, I have to go back even with my drain on because the building will collapse if I don't make it back soon lol. Anywho, the swelling has gone down tremendously. Just can't wait to feel my normal self again and most importantly get back to the gym. This is not a shortcut for me. I love working out and now I have more of an incentive. Once I hit the weights, what's left in my belly will just melt off. I know I'll have to take it easy since working out to early can build up fluids and cause a seroma. Well, this is me so far

Thank you, he's great! So far, I like what I see. It's only been 4 weeks today. Apparently it takes 3 months min for the swelling to go down. Will post some pics soon.
