That’s how I felt. I end to Miami. It was definitely Roth it. The local surgeons around here don’t yield the results I was looking for. Looking good sis, keep up he good work

Thanks... I wish that I would've known this before hand... Even the parts where he said that he was aggressive on, I don't see the dramatic change. Where is my hourglass figure I spent nearly 8 grand for?

Hi, I was on real self scrolling through something else and came across your account. I wanted to let you know the easiest way to lose weight is actually not what the Standard American Diet would say but actually a high carb low fat plant based diet. It changed my life when I once was considering lipo. The book I read was “The Starch Solution “ by Dr. John Mcdougall. I followed YouTubers that eat this way for food inspiration and feel the best I’ve ever felt and dropped all my weight. I can’t imagine going back to my old way because I look and feel so good. Doesn’t hurt to check it out. I wish you all the best with the rest of your weightloss xo

I see a DEFINITE DIFFERENCE! are you wearing your compression garment?!!Did you get a latex waist trainer - the kind with three rows of hooks? Are you drinking poop tea? The slimming tea from GNC? It works GREAT! I want to help! ❤️

I'm wearing the Cg's everyday all day. I have the latex waist trainer with 3 rows , I wear it on the last hook and on the 1st hook when I sleep and I was drinking the detox tea by yogi, its supposed to make me poop but I don't...I see the difference but my doctor said that I should be down more than I am. I will definitely get the tea from GNC. Thanks.❤

I see the difference but you are swollen, which is normal! Keep doing what you was doing pre-op diet wise, low sodium diet, I see you have the bromelain.
You saw my pics, I'm swollen too, but I know it'll go down with time and it will for you too :) ❤

Hi Ladies.... I went to my PS yesterday and he wasn't to thrilled with me. He said that I was progressing slowly and I need to lose 10 lbs by December 1st which is my next appointment with him. I share his frustration. I have been stress eating and I haven't been sticking to watching what I eat and I haven't started exercising. I was actually waiting for him to give me the green light to exercise but I guess I missed the memo, I'm ignorant to lipo and I thought the doctor would tell me what to do week by week or month by month. I also thought that I shouldn't exercise because my lower back and flanks are still sore and I have visible lumps on both flanks. One day I was cleaning the whole house, basement, garage, and every room in my house, it took me about 4-5 hours and when I tried to sleep that night my lipo areas were on fire so I thought, if I feel like this then it's definitely too early to exercise, WRONG!!!! I was reading about all you ladies 3 weeks post hitting the gym and I'm like, I think their moving too fast, WRONG!!!
I was never big on working out, as a matter of fact, I never work out but today I got my work out on. I only did 30 minutes on the elliptical but then I cleaned my house for 4 hours. I did some yard work, laundry, and that had me up and down the stairs fifty million times. I put out my fall decorations in the yard and I ate a sensible dinner. ( homemade grilled chicken salad). I will lose the weight and optimize my results with exercise. This is my new journey and I'm going to record it on my page, my online real self journal. I'm REAL person, that has always struggled with my weight. I fell off the wagon but I'm getting back on to let people like me know, We ( "I") can do this!! Making a lifestyle change is not easy and does not happen over night. I'm dedicating myself my ME! I'm working towards that hourglass figure I thought I was going to have when I got off the table.. I'm posting pics of where I was and where I am now. I would also like to thank all you ladies for your support and for sharing your experiences, you have been truly inspiring and I appreciate this platform wholeheartedly.....
