1 Month Post!!!! Not so great.....

Hi Ladies.... I went to my PS yesterday and he wasn't to thrilled with me. He said that I was progressing slowly and I need to lose 10 lbs by December 1st which is my next appointment with him. I share his frustration. I have been stress eating and I haven't been sticking to watching what I eat and I haven't started exercising. I was actually waiting for him to give me the green light to exercise but I guess I missed the memo, I'm ignorant to lipo and I thought the doctor would tell me what to do week by week or month by month. I also thought that I shouldn't exercise because my lower back and flanks are still sore and I have visible lumps on both flanks. One day I was cleaning the whole house, basement, garage, and every room in my house, it took me about 4-5 hours and when I tried to sleep that night my lipo areas were on fire so I thought, if I feel like this then it's definitely too early to exercise, WRONG!!!! I was reading about all you ladies 3 weeks post hitting the gym and I'm like, I think their moving too fast, WRONG!!!
I was never big on working out, as a matter of fact, I never work out but today I got my work out on. I only did 30 minutes on the elliptical but then I cleaned my house for 4 hours. I did some yard work, laundry, and that had me up and down the stairs fifty million times. I put out my fall decorations in the yard and I ate a sensible dinner. ( homemade grilled chicken salad). I will lose the weight and optimize my results with exercise. This is my new journey and I'm going to record it on my page, my online real self journal. I'm REAL person, that has always struggled with my weight. I fell off the wagon but I'm getting back on to let people like me know, We ( "I") can do this!! Making a lifestyle change is not easy and does not happen over night. I'm dedicating myself my ME! I'm working towards that hourglass figure I thought I was going to have when I got off the table.. I'm posting pics of where I was and where I am now. I would also like to thank all you ladies for your support and for sharing your experiences, you have been truly inspiring and I appreciate this platform wholeheartedly.....
