I was skeptical of fillers. However, I was met with some very professional assistants at the front desk and felt right at home. I was hoping this procedure would be painless. I was explained what would take place by my doctor's nurse, Penny. Her explanation was precise. She put me at ease and was a delight to speak with. I was very pleased that Dr. L. Dean took his time with me to understand my needs and wants. He explained exactly what I would feel throughout the procedure and put me at rest. I love the results and will return for more!
