21 Years Old, 5'1",36 DDD, Deviated Septum - Manhasset, NY

Going through many consultations with several surgeons, Dr. Reish's bio was nothing less than remarkable. Wherever I went, I was always asked, "oh my god, are those real? Do they hurt? You're boobs are out" Blah, blah, blah. I hated those questions. Fitting in shirts, dresses and bathing suits were a complete nightmare! I was nervous at first, but he made me feel so comfortable. I was looking to get a breast reduction, and to get my deviated septum fixed. The process to get approved by insurance was so easy, just needed a letters from a couple different doctors, and in about three weeks I was appoved! At my pre op, and pre surgical testing appointments, I was given thorough instructions. Everyone made me feel very comfortable. The day of was probably the most exciting day of my life. The day was finally here! The surgery took place at Winthrop Hospital, I got there and was admitted within minutes. I was glad there was no suspenseful waiting like in the movies haha. I was asked questions from many different doctors, changed into the gorgeous blue gown, and waited for Dr. Reish to come mark me up. I got the IV put in, and a cute little cap, and then Dr. Reish came and spoke to me for a little, marked me up and he reassured me everything was going to be fine. I was so excited. I was so comfortable, of course there was a little part in me that was nervous. I watch to much botched haha. But in my heart I knew everything was going to be perfect. He estimated the surgery to be around five hours, and we were done in about four and a half. I remember walking in to the OR with the nurse, I met the rest of the team, I laid down on the table, they told me to center myself, and then I was out like a light. I didn't even get to count down from 10! haha I swear they drugged me from behind haha but it was great. Waking up, I felt like a weight was lifted off my shoulders. Literally. I remember seeing the nurse, I got up and walked over to the recovery area where I had ice cream and ice chips. That never tasted so good. He came in and saw me, told me everything went perfect, and I'd see him in a week. He even called me later that night to make sure I was okay. This experience I will never forget. I am so grateful for Dr. Reish and his team. He is truly the best!! At one week, I had my first post op appointment. My chest was great, my nose was swollen and he explained to me it was all because of my thick skin. Recovery was extremely easy. I thought the worst. For the next two weeks, I had appointments, and it got better and better each time. I looked and felt amazing just in time for my birthday! I was so happy. I would do it again in a heart beat haha. I now get my fillers done by him, my lips look amazing. I get compliments all the time, and its all thanks to him. I can never thank him enough.
