I really like the guy and hope he does well. However, his work is a bit amateurish. He did some really bad work that I have since had corrected. The new doctor said the guy who originally did it. Did not have the skill necessary. And I agree. He just couldn't get it to look good. Bad face lift result. The end result was clearly crooked.

Our goal is to deliver 100% patient satisfaction. For an overwhelming majority of our patients, we realize that standard. Nonetheless, we realize that we cannot please 100% of patients, 100% of the time. With that said, we are unable to identify you as a patient. For me as a potential patient, I find this review that "Monica Musith" did was horrible. I actually don't believe it is even true. If a patient actually had this happen, I believe the first step would be to obviously follow up with the Dr. and try to find a resolution and post the results of that follow up as dialog on this forum. Secondly, if that didn't work to resolve the issue then, certainly photos would be proof that the surgery was not correct. Even cropped mid face photos to illustrate the alleged bad work, if you feel you need to hide your identity. -------------- I am considering Dr. Prasad to do my lower bleph and when I read comments like this it bothers me. It bothers me that someone would choose not to respond to what Dr. Prasad wrote in reply and identify yourself to him. At least show photos of the work to prove your story. ---------------------- I find reviews like this beyond UN-helpfull and I imagine that there are folks like me reading this that would agree that this alleged reviewer isn't backing up the story with follow up dialog and photos. Am I missing something?

We actually don't have a patient record for Monica Musith, any complaint or follow up about the work she is referring to, and the price range indicated doesn't match our facelift procedures, so the review looks to be from not a real patient. Thank you, Dr. Prasad. I am from Kansas and am searching for the right Dr. to do a lower bleph, possibly only on the left eye (fat herniation) and fillers to address tear-trough/cheek transition on the right side since it has almost no fat herniation but the other side has some . I will likely submit good photos to your email/website to see what your opinion is prior to an in-person consult. I would petition RealSelf to remove that invalid/false review of the alleged facelift. --------- Have a blessed day.
