Horrible. Any doctor who says, "well, we don't always get the result we want" when a procedure makes you look worse than when you went in, should be avoided. I had Coolsculpting done on my stomach last year. My stomach was flabby at the time but could be flattened using Spanx. Now, I have a rock-hard "bump" "lump" all across the perimeter the machine was placed in. Spanx dont work, sucking in my gut doesnt work--nothing works because the flab I had before is just hardened (as if it was frozen). When I went back for a follow up and asked to see the doctor along with the technician--her response was a shrug and "well, we don't always get the results we want." My response, "well, I wouldn't expect to look worse AFTER a procedure." She had nothing to say to that.... She did recommend more procedures costing around $2500, but I already paid $1000 for horrible results and a horrible bed side manner. Avoid her if you want any sort of attention in case something doesn't go as planned. Lastly, I was always subconscious of my body, thus having the procedure done......I feel worse about my body now and there seems to be no way to get rid of this rock hard lump.
