I lost a significant amount of weight several years ago and have never been happy with my breasts. I was a 36-38D but there was no "perkiness" and they practically laid on my stomach due to the stretched skin and tissue. I was referred to Dr. Tyrone by a co-worker and friend and was very impressed during my consultation. Dr. Tyrone does not sugar coat expectations and I appreciated his candor and honesty. He is an artist and his staff is amazing! Robbie, Kim, Michelle and everyone in the front office have been there for me every step of the way. I would not consider anyone other than Dr. Tyrone to perform elective surgery on me in the future.

I am 6 days post surgery now. I have had minimal pain from the reduction, but also had ancillary lipo under my arms to remove the additional fat there. Dr. Tyrone specifically told me that the pain from the lipo would be my major issue and he was right. The swelling and soreness has not been unbearable, but it has definitely been noticeable. Dr. Tyrone's staff has called to check on me repeatedly and encouraged me to come in if I was concerned about anything. Their follow up has been fantastic! My best advice for anyone thinking about this surgery is to be realistic about results and also to decide up front if you want maximum lift or maximum size. I chose maximum lift and am very happy so far. I am not sure if I will be a small C cup or a large B when the swelling subsides, but either way, the weight, discomfort and look of my large breasts is gone. Tip: wear your post surgery garment as directed. It actually feels better to wear it than not! Another tip if you bruise easily: I took Arnica pills prior to surgery and throughout the process to reduce bruising and have had minimal bruising. I will post pics as soon as I have them.
