I have wanted bigger boobs since I was 15. I am...

I have wanted bigger boobs since I was 15. I am now 25 and my husband and I have 2 beautiful daughters and have decided that we are happy and content with the size of our family. So I decided to start focusing on me. I have always yo-yoed with my weight. My smaller size is a size 8 at around 142 pounds and my heaviest was when I delivered our last daughter at 218 pounds. I decided in January of 2015 I wanted the breast augmentation and went for my first consultation. At that time I was 170 pounds and my PS suggested getting within 5-10 pounds of my ideal weight before surgery so I decided to wait on the surgery. Needless to say come December of 2015 I weight 198!!! So I knew I had to get my butt into gear. I totally changed my diet and started a workout routine that is easy to fit into my hectic life. I went on February 19th 2016 for another consultation with my PS. And we set a surgery date for the following week! On Monday the 22nd I went in for my preopt where we discussed size, implant type, post opt care, and took before pictures. My breast are naturally curved and my Dr only wanted to take me to a full C because he was afraid if we went any larger they would droop. I also had to go to my OBGYN before my surgery for clearance because I am still lactating and its been almost a year and a half since I've nursed my daughter. My labs all came back fine and I was given the green light for surgery. I really wanted a small D but like I mentioned the Dr wanted a C. So he told me we would discuss it again the morning of surgery. He gave me 3 scripts at my pre opt, one for pain, one for nausea, and a antibiotic. You can not eat or drink anything after midnight the day before your surgery. And I had made it down to 167 pounds so I was so proud of myself. But I had a cheat meal the day before surgery. The morning of surgery I was surprisingly calm. I drove my mom and myself to the Dr. And they brought me back did a pregnancy test had me get changed and then started my IV. Then there where your typical questions and paperwork and wrist band. I arrived at the facility at 9:30 and was taken back for my surgery at around 10:30. My Dr came by and marked me in-between his other surgeries and I told his I wanted small Ds so that's what we went with. I had looked through hundreds of online pics trying to find the perfect ones to show him to say this is what I want. But in the end I just simply said I would like to be a small D. So in my mind I'm thinking that's like 375-400ccs. Well it was finally my turn and they walked me back to the operating room and had me layvdown with my arms out to my side. And they injected the anesthesia into my IV and I was out. I woke up very very thirsty in a sitting position. The recovery part was very fast afterwards. They gave me Gatorade and animal cookies. Made me go pee and wrapped me up. Of course I asked to loom before they wrapped me and the looked so small :( I was so upset like really I just went through all this and they look like they did when I was nursing full time. So I asked what size implant the Dr went with and to my surprise he did 525ccs in one side and 500ccs in the other. I went with the silicone gel "gummy bear" implant the moderate plus profile. My mother drove me to my sisters to recover. I had expected the worse for pain during recovery but honestly it's not that bad. Just a little uncomfortable. I am very sleepy. It's hard to get up and down I have been propped up o. The couch or in a recliner. I can't open my own drinks which is annoying. And I need helping setting up sometimes. But other than that it's not terrible as long as I take the pain meds on schedule. So far this is day 4 and they still look small to me I'm hoping they get bigger and fuller. I had a lot of swelling on my left side which is the side he did more ccs in. But there was a significant size difference. I can't tell yet if i love them but hopefully the next couple of days will tell. I got to get a shower and remove the ace wrap yesterday which was nice. Now I'm in my sexy inside out bra for the next couple of weeks. I get my stitches out and have my post opt next week. And can't wait to ask the Dr ally questions :) Good luck to anyone else on their journey to big boobies.

Dr.Tyrone is very honest. He doesn't give you any false expectations and I respect that. He will recommend what he feels like is best for you and your body size and shape and in think that is also very helpful. Especially for those of us who have no breast and just can't wait to get big huge boobies. I think he kind of reels you in a little bit and explains how much your body can really handle and what will look proportionate. All of the staff at Dr. Tyrone's office were beyond amazing. They were all so sweet and welcoming. I never once felt uncomfortable around any of them. My payment process, paperwork, and scheduling were all a breeze.
