FUE hair transplantation with PRP treatment at Clinicana Istanbul

I decided after 20 years to sacrifice and go for the FUE hair transplantation and PRP treatment together at Clinicana centre in Istanbul in December 2016.
The experience was not easy as I thought and it did hurt but only for the initial injections of anaesthetic then nothing for the duration of 6 hours work.
All in English with doctors, the staff repeats the script a lot but it is big business in Turkey, so many people travel there for a better look or new hair.
Clinicana centre is based inside Acibadem hospital group in Taksim Istanbul, a very clean and modern hospital and the hotel Naz 5 stars was very comfortable but channels on tv are not lot in English.
The staff, the drivers who take you back and fourth between airport, hospital and hotel are very nice and speak English enough.
The Clinicana under Dr. Mulham Attar centre was very polite and they really follow you before during and after by simply whatsapp messages. The doctors will follow the op but will not perform it, they have special technicians who will perform it.
The price for 3600 grafts was a few thousands euros for procedures, hotel (two nights) and transfers, with lotions and medicines.
My advise is the same as some other helpful ones, stay 4 nights at least as the head will swell and you will look like a martian first for few days, then it all goes back to normal.
The hair is there and seems growing, I took care of the front head not the crown, so far I am pleased but the redness on the top and back on the donor area is still there after one and half month.
Read properly what FUE transplant is and how is done, as well as the PRP treatment to boost the hair growth but a lot of needles are involved, you will not see them but feel them at first.
You will be told how to wash your hair and post-care, however do not shower spray your head the first month to avoid the hair still fragile to fall, use a spray bottle, a small jug and warm water, do not use hot water or you will be sorry.. other than that, it is hopefully worth it but read about stabilisation of the hair loss, all after 6 months post-op, the idea should be the laser light treatment or they hair might fall again, do not use other chemicals or propecia as it will not work forever, the transplantation is not guaranteed that it works but for few thousands euros why not, a huge different in Europe, 10K euro or 6/8K GBP is a massive dent.. good luck
