1 Week Post-Op FUE with Dr. Anderson – Great Experience and Natural Hairline
WORTH IT
A week ago, I had an FUE procedure with Dr. Anderson. So far, I’m recovering well and can’t wait to see what the results look like over the next year!
A little background: before I do anything, I do a ton of research to make sure I’m making the right choice. After researching my options for over two weeks, I confidently booked my initial appointment with Dr. Anderson and his team.
The staff at Anderson Center for Hair are extremely professional and very considerate. Matt, the Director of Patient Counseling, met with me first and answered some questions I had before I spoke with Dr. Anderson. Matt is extremely nice and took the time to answer the many questions I had.
Dr. Anderson came in and asked me what I was hoping to achieve from the procedure, analyzed my hair density and donor area, and then drew a conservative, natural proposed hairline for me. I didn’t want the new hairline to look unnatural, and he drew what he thought would be best for me both now and 20 years into the future.
After the initial consultation, I did some more research and asked Matt a few more questions. A few days later, I booked the date for my actual procedure. I had an FUE procedure with about 1,800 total grafts.
On the morning of the procedure, I met with the technicians and instantly felt comfortable. They were extremely nice and friendly, and I enjoyed talking to them! Before we started the procedure, Dr. Anderson took some pictures, answered my last-minute questions, and drew the hairline we were going to go with.
I was extremely comfortable during the procedure and literally slept the whole time. Overall, it was painless and extremely easy for me. Post-op, I was in zero pain whatsoever. After the procedure, I didn’t even need to take anything for pain. I had very minor swelling, which is normal, and all of the swelling went away by day four.
It’s now day five post-op, and so far I’m super happy with my new hairline. I can’t wait for everything to grow in and to see the final results.
A huge thank you again to Dr. Anderson and the whole team at Anderson Center for Hair. I highly recommend meeting with Dr. Anderson or Dr. Wetzel to explore your options for hair loss and hair restoration.
