Dr. Pak is an amazing doctor. He is very down to Earth and listens to a client/potential client's concerns, wants, etc. He gives a no nonsense opinion of best way forward, and I never felt like he was trying to up-sale me or looking at me as a $ sign. I've always felt like he truly cared and always answered my questions in a timely manner (I think all of them were answered within a 24 hour turnaround time frame). His staff are extremely welcoming, nice, and make the whole experience wonderful. Dr. Pak and his colleague truly know their stuff (SEVERAL patents for HT methods) and I challenge anyone to do a global search for the best HT Doc's and his name not come up. He recommended for me to look at both SMP and FUE and I have to say the results are fantastic, and I can't wait to see the hair grow in and develop more.
