Amazing Experience with Great Result

My journey started two years prior to my coming to see Dr. Diep. I noticed my hair was thinning and my hairline was moving upward which made me very self-conscious of myself. Seeing this, I’ve tried to style my hair differently, using the hair volume mouse product but the outcome was not what I expected. Eventually, wearing a cap was part of my daily outfit accessories. I finally accepted my hair loss and adjusted accordingly.
Seeing an infomercial regarding hair restoration, I decided to look into this option. Knowing that I was going bald and having to wear a cap daily should not be my only option. Coming in to see Dr. Diep, I expressed the two worries that I have regarding the hair transplant procedures. Which were:
• Having a natural hairline after the procedure
• The recovery outcome of the donor area on my head
Dr. Diep addressed my two concerns and explained with visuals regarding the outcome of the procedure. Which made me at ease with my concerns.
Dr. Diep perform my FUE hair surgery on November 04, 2022. The medical staff was amazing. The medical staff were very professional and knowledgeable. During the procedure, I could really tell that everyone is experienced, knew exactly what they were doing, and, most important, how to do it correctly. The procedure was long, which I had expected. The medical staff ensured that I was comfortable at all times.
Post-surgery, I really appreciate how Dr. Diep and his staff were available when I had any questions. They provided medicine, informational resources, and post-op instructions to ensure my recovery was painless. Knowing that Dr. Diep and his staff are always available gave me peace of mind.
It has not been 9 months and the outcome of my procedure is amazing. Dr. Diep gave me back my natural hairline which I have not seen for years. And the donor area looks great.
Coming in to see Dr. Diep and having the procedure performed by Dr. Diep was the best choice I had made. He gave me back my hair and it looks natural. The donor area looks great. You can’t tell that I had any procedure done. I now got my confidence back.
