2,200 FUE GRAFTS in Crown Area, Great RESULTS

WORTH IT
I had a hair transplant (FUE) procedure done 1 year ago. It was completed by Dr. Huber, Linda, Clair and Daniella. I had major balding on the crown of my head. I did a video chat with Dr. Huber and he requested 4-5 photos. After seeing my photos, Dr. Huber suggested that I would need approximately 2,200 grafts to fill in my crown area. I arrived around 10 am on the day of my surgery. They took some pictures and then started my process by marking up the graft area and then they cut all of my hair so they could get suitable grafts. I did not find the process very painful at all since my head was mostly frozen. They took the 2,200 grafts from the back and sides of my head and had 2 of the staff reviewing them under microscope to ensure they were healthy grafts. After that Dr. Huber created the areas for the grafts. I could hear them counting the holes as they went. I ate Swiss Chalet for lunch while my grafts were soaking in a solution. After lunch I sat still in a chair while 2 of the staff inserted each graft manually into my crown area. My procedure was completed by 4:30 and I had a friend drive me back to his house since I lived 4 hours away. I don't recall experiencing much pain after my surgery. The only inconvenience was trying to sleep with my head raised so I wouldn't disturb my new grafts for the first 10 days. It's been a year now and my crown area looks full and I'm very happy with the results. I was just in the office for my PRP treatment where they extracted blood and then injected it into the top of my head. Process took about 20 minutes. Overall I couldn't be more pleased with my results and would consider doing it again if my front begins to thin out. I would highly recommend having this procedure done.
