Professional Company and First Class Service
I was recommended GetHair from a colleague who had a really successful FUE hair transplant procedure completed. From the start GetHair has had excellent communication with myself, from the initial correspondence and consultation regarding the treatment required to then sorting out the booking of the procedure and logistics of airport arrivals etc.
I was given plenty of instruction before arriving, and whatsapp details of who to contact when i landed should i not be able to find the driver. I arrived at the airport and the driver promptly drove me to the Marriot hotel, i could tell that GetHair would be providing a high level of professionalism and service from start to finish and not just for the procedure itself.
The next day Leila met me at the the hotel and took me to the clinic, she guided me through the whole process start to finish and put my mind at ease - Blood tests were completed and pre-op photos were taken. I was then introduced to Dr Ilker who ensured that a natural hair line was planned that i would be happy with, even before the surgery began it was a top quality service.
The surgery itself went really smoothly, there was 5-6 professional members of staff on hand working on the procedure who made sure that i was always at ease, i could even watch YouTube during the procedure and managed to get some sleep!
Following the procedure i was given lunch at the clinic, followed by a comprehensive brief on how to take care of my new hair overnight, i was also given all the correct antibiotics, anti-inflammatories, shampoos etc.
The next day i was again collected from the hotel, and taken to the clinic for my first shampoo session, and then followed by a full explanation on the aftercare from Leila and a final check over from Dr Ilker. I was then taken directly to the airport to get my return flight to the UK.
I have direct contacts with Leila and Dr Ilker on Whatsapp so that i can talk through anything with them, and i can see that this package also comes with long term care and advice from the team.
When i got home people have been absolutely amazed at my new hairline! It is still early days, and i continue to follow Leilas guidance to the letter to make sure that i make the best possible recovery, but it is going really well and i hope to provide a further update once i have been through the shedding phase.
I cannot fault the way this company has looked after me from initial consultation, through my 3 days in Istanbul, to the follow on support. From landing in Istanbul to leaving literally everything was taken care of for me. I would highly recommend this company.
