Hair treatment: I've had 12000 grafts

Hello I've had 4 hair Transplant. Not with the desired results. I've noticed the clinics are keen to get your money then the after care is very few. I can name the hospital if I'm allowed.

I've had 12000 grafts all together but I feel I've been duped and made to believe I was going to get great results.
Now it's either risk another treatment or scalp pigmentation for camouflage then some grafts. Really disappointed.
I can't have a skin head how it is as I had two fut scars. But can't grow it full as it's thin on top and on the crown.

I hoped to find out if I use Finasteride
Would my hair possibly grow.

I’ve been told I could be suitable for one last hair Transplant of 1300 grafts !
This is at darling buds in India’s !
I’m researching the doctors, the pre op and post op procedures.
I Also heard of the hair palace in Budapest.
Could I ask which people think is the best !
I’ve Not the funds to have done in us or uk it’s why I choose abroad !
I’ve decided turkey isn’t an option as my last experience.
