Amazing Care Pre, During and Post Operation
WORTH IT
I would like to praise the whole team at Smile Hair Clinic! I knew what to expect, but the team exceeded those expectations!
When choosing the right clinic for a hair transplant, I based my options heavily on research. I shortlisted 3 clinics and contacted all of them. Straight away, I could tell which one was the most professional!
Smile responded promptly and provided a lot of detail about the whole process. Keep in mind this is Turkey and not UK - nobody will babysit you and hold your hand on each step. They tell you exactly what to do and when to do it to get everything booked. Very professional!
They pick you up from the airport, drop to a hotel, keep informed at each stage. They can accommodate for alternative accommodation and transport, but I would definitely use their own transport, as it's the cheapest, the safest and always aligned with your flights regardless of delays. I booked my own accommodation as I didn't feel a need for a 5 star hotel.
On the day they pick you up again. When you arrive the explain everything, charge you the agreed amount (10% more if you pay by card) and you find yourself on the operation table.
Dr Firdavs was there the entire time, making sure I am comfortable and informed. His work was quick and painless.
Once it's done, they provide you with all necessary medications and post care products as well as a manual how to use them. They also explain everything in person, and okay demonstration videos of each post-op aspect.
After the op, when you safely returned to your country, they message you for regular checks until 12 months mark!
Overall, a great clinic and you get the best value for the price! Thanks a lot
