2.5 month update
This is the 2.5 month update day 70-80, hairline wet hair.
NO current issues other than some itchiness still, far less than the previous months. Redness is subsiding.
No bumps, bleeding, or damaged donor.
As the hair grows it gets easier to blend, if it concerns you. Noticeable differences, I have been lucky to only be receiving compliments. I don't use any lotions or oils. I am aware the benefits of castor oils, but unfortunately I know my skin, it can get irritated using various products, such as oils, in the past. But I do use Head N Shoulders.

28 FUE AFRICAN AMERICAN & MIXED HAIR (SHEDDING PHASE)
Within the past week I was instructed to wash the receiving areas, gently, and as result with the hair shedding creates a thinner look. Which is a bit alarming, but very normal process. Itching and dryness is reducing, there is no redness at all. Slightly pink in the receiving areas.
I was told I can go back into the gym in a few days, which will be my first month milestone.
I have been working out, lightly at home, after my 20th day. But no sweat or excessive constriction.
That to me was the worst part of the experience, in the healing phase it's easy to get out of shape.
I may still post a 1 month but there will be no difference since technically this is my one month.

Day 20 Fue
20 day update, one week with scabs off. The implanted hairs are long, blend well with the buzzed cut.
I am expecting to shed these hairs within the next 10 days it seems.
