I love my results! From what I've seen from other surgeons in NZ who do this technique for ftm patients, I would 100% say Dr Porter is the best in providing masc results with peri. I contacted him and a week later did a phone consult, (as I am out of Christchurch), and two weeks after that was off for surgery. Every staff member who looked after me was great! I know a lot of trans males who struggle on finding the right surgeon as the desire to get masc cis looking results is overwhelming. But Dr Porters results look incredible! This surgery has made me incredibly happy, greatly decreased my dysphoria and made me a lot more comfortable. Would defiantly recommend him.
The photo attached is me 5 weeks post op and still some healing to go (especially around the scars) which is normal. Not sure what size my chest originally was but it was pretty small I think.

1. How long did the entire process take? From reaching out, to consultation, to the surgery date?
2. How much did it cost? Do different surgeries cost different amounts with Chris Porter?
3. How long was the healing process? Can you walk me through it? (e.g. drains if you had them, dressings, showering, when you could go back to normal stuff)
4. Did you have to be on T for a certain amount of time to get top surgery with Chris Porter?
5. How did it work with you not being based in Christchurch?
