I have lived with the asymmetrical bump on the anterior view of my nose since I was about 14, but it has only become worse as I've aged and my skin has thinned. Having been through Rhinoplasty as a teen (resulting in a worse outcome than before), I did not want to go through the surgical procedure again. I don't have the option for a long recovery right now, nor do I have the funds. I have considered the non-surgical nose job in the past, but thought it would be too pricey as well. I went in with the expectation of having a consultation and seeing how much this would protentially cost if I chose to pursue it. I left the office with a new nose. Dr Richardson discussed the procedure, the risks and benefits in great detail, showed me before and after pictures of other patients, and then said he could do it right then. I don't really trust alot of people with my face, but since he was a facial plastic surgeon, I thought for sure there would be quite a markup on this service. It was the opposite. They have an opportunity to charge more than competitors, yet they don't. The charge was minimal considering how much the procedure has done for my overall self esteem. I used to loathe looking at pictures of myself, and would have to photoshop every frontal view. I haven't edited a single picture since the procedure was done. I couldn't be more ecstatic, both with the frontal view, and the profile view.
